OUR PUPPETRY WORKSHOPS
Animate has a reputation for delivering puppetry workshops of the highest quality. We offer two workshop options: Stand Alone Puppetry Workshops or our Workshop Series.

Our Stand Alone Puppetry Workshop are an introduction to puppetry and focus on upskilling for performing arts students at KS4 level and above.
In these supportive and engaging sessions, we teach the fundamentals of puppetry. Students are guided through a range of solo and group activities before creating short scenes to share with the rest of the group.

Animate's Workshop Series is a set of workshops that work with specific groups of people to use puppetry for social good.
The first project in our 'Workshop Series' was the 'Puppetry & Wellbeing Project'.
Between May and October 2026, Animate toured a brand new workshop program specifically created for KS2 children focused on Wellbeing - offering a hands-on introduction to puppetry as a tool for expression & connection.
