WORKSHOP FACILITATORS: PUPPETRY & WELLBEING HAMPSHIRE PROJECT

Animate Puppet Co. is seeking dynamic facilitators to join our team and deliver high-impact creative workshops on our KS2 'Puppetry & Wellbeing Hampshire Project'.​

This project tours a new puppetry workshop program for primary school children focused on wellbeing. Building on the success of our KS4+ workshop program (73 workshops since January 2024), this project extend our reach to younger children and brings high-quality creative experiences directly into 28 schools across 14 locations in Hampshire.​ 

 

This project will take place between April to October 2026.​​

​

We’re looking facilitators who:

 

  • Are Hampshire-based and have a valid advanced DBS. Candidates will be required to already have an enhanced DBS check.

  • Have demonstrable experience in delivering creative/theatrical workshops, particularly with young children.

  • Are passionate about educational and creative development.

  • Can adapt their teaching to the needs of individuals in the space.

  • Bring an inclusive, collaborative and innovative approach to facilitation.

  • Have an excellent teamwork ethic, strong verbal communication skills, and punctuality.

  • Experience in puppetry is desirable (but not essential) but an interest in puppetry is essential.

  • The ability to drive and use your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.

Rates of Pay:

 

  • Fixed fee of £200.00 per facilitation day.

  • £200.00 training day fee (5 hour commitment)

  • £50.00 post-project wash up meeting fee (2 hour online meeting)

  • £15.00 per day mileage contribution to drivers.
